Essential Oils to aid Breathing

Learning to breathe properly is essential to health. The kind of breathing done for relaxation and health is diaphragmatic breathing. Using essential oils while doing this can make it even more effective. I often ask my clients to breathe deeply before and after treatments, to help the energy flow and to expel tension from the muscles, organs and the mind. The best oils to use are Cypress, Eucalyptus , Frankincense, Helichrysum , Lavender, Lemon, Sweet Marjoram, Peppermint, Myrrh, Pine needle, Rose Otto, Rosemary, and Tea tree.
