Sleep Easy


As you lie awake, are you anxious about the future; fretting about the past? Especially at the dawning of a New Year when we believe we should be formulating changes, concoting resolutions, making plans. Why not, just rest in the now? Be kind to yourself, slow your breathing and your thoughts and simply set your intentions for the present moment. ie: I deserve to sleep well and wake up refreshed. Then I can plan, if need be!
